Shipping (Delivery & Pick-Up)

Delivery Service

  1. Service Area:
    • We offer delivery services within Kota Kinabalu International Airport and city. Delivery outside this area may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.
  2. Delivery Timing:
    • Delivery is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. Please schedule your delivery at least 24 hours/1 Day in advance.
  3. Delivery Requirements:
    • The renter must be present at the agreed location and time for the delivery. A valid driver’s license and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon delivery.

Pick-Up Service

  1. Service Area:
    • We offer pick-up services within Kota Kinabalu International Airport and city. Pick-up outside this area may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.
  2. Pick-Up Timing:
    • Pick-up is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. Please schedule your pick-up at least 24 hours/1 Day in advance.
  3. Pick-Up Requirements:
    • The renter must ensure the car is available at the agreed location and time. Additional charges may apply if the car is not available for pick-up at the scheduled time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Please note that the deposit will NOT be refunded if you cancel the reservation.
  2. No-Show Policy:
    • If you do not show up to pick up the car at the scheduled time and location, your deposit and payment  will NOT be Refund.

Returns

Standard Returns

  1. Return Location:
    • Cars must be returned to Lot B6-1, 1st Floor , Block B,
      Cyber Perdana Commercial Centre,
      Jalan Lintas Kepayan Penampang,
      88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Location unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  2. Return Timing:
    • Cars must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  3. Return Condition:
    • Cars must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. Any damages or excessive dirt may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

Early Returns

  1. Policy:
    • Early returns are allowed, but no refunds will be provided for the unused rental period.

Refunds

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Deposit Refunds will be processed within 24 Hours to the original payment method after a rented vehicles Returned.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Any additional services or fees (e.g., delivery, insurance) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
